Right, you have convinced me to instead send my money to BLM so they can buy even more mansions. Thanks! Much gratitudeThis lawsuit has about as much of a chance at succeeding as his 60 election fraud lawsuits - zero, nada, zilch.
But Trump will use it to grift his supporters (suckers) and fundraise off it - the more the pansy whines, the more his supporters empty their wallets for a lost cause.
Someone needs more attention.
And yes, this is the opposite of what he argued in the lawsuit about blocking followers on Twitter.
Remember that Trump was successfully sued for blocking people on Twitter. That sounds like that puts it in squarely in first amendment territoryNot to say he may have a bad argument. Idk didn't read it but being a user vs a platform are different things. Being a town square vs someone speaking at it don't carry the same requirements. I don't think a different view means it is contradictory
The judgment was tossed as moot.Remember that Trump was successfully sued for blocking people on Twitter. That sounds like that puts it in squarely in first amendment territory
Of course. But that means that if the President can be forced by the court to forgo an action on a privately owned platform, then that platform can’t then claim to be free from government direction or legal jurisdiction. Twitter cannot have it both ways. That was because of his standing as the President of the United States and his usage of the platform as an extension of his office.
