Oh I'll concede that she didn't deserve to die, but the risk of dying was clear and present with her actions.
If I'm stealing delivered groceries off your porch to feed my family, and you gun me down for it, I didn't necessarily deserve to die, but I can't be surprised at the fact that I was shot to death.
Take him in custody and charge him now. While it’s a possible outcome and anybody advancing like that needs to realize that’s a (highly?) possible outcome the responsibility is on the LEO to insure the force response level fits the situation. It didn’t here.
In fact it looks like the puss stepped out, fired, and retreated. Fire his ass now.

I saw no indication that he even requested any.
Don’t disagree. But if you’re a LEO and supposedly trained in appropriate force levels to respond with I’d hope you wouldn’t shoot somebody for a bag of groceries. I wouldn’t shoot you for stealing groceries or probably my property as long as you and I aren’t inside my house when you try to do it. And I’m not even a “trained LEO” and came up with that all on my ownOh I'll concede that she didn't deserve to die, but the risk of dying was clear and present with her actions.

Basically Simon & Schuster decided to withdraw their plan to publish based on politics. That puts them in the same category as book burners like the Nazis who burned books for the same reason. Simon & Schuster just moved up the timetable for the bonfire and went virtual.
It was the people's house on this day...'I'm proud of everything that I was a part of today': Texas mayoral candidate who stormed Capitol brags about how MAGA mob 'broke down Pelosi's office door and stole her gavel'
A former mayoral candidate in Texas said she was 'proud' to be among the rioters who stormed the Capitol on Wednesday and bragged about how the mob had stolen Nancy Pelosi's gavel after 'breaking down the door' of the Speaker's office.
Wearing a Trump flag and what she claimed was a bulletproof hoodie, Jenny Cudd boasted in a Facebook video about how the supposed 'patriots' had invaded the US Congress after listening to Donald Trump stir up his supporters and repeat his baseless claims of election fraud in a speech near the White House.

After this year, I've really tried m best to put myself in the LEO's shoes because, to varying extents, I've realized not every black man killed by police was blatant injustice and that it was more often than not a pawn for a narrative.
That said, when you're losing ground, and outnumbered by a mob who doesn't seem to have a limit on their encroachment, you have to wonder what in the **** is going through the officer's head. pointing the guns at them wasn't working. Barricades weren't working. Shouting warnings wasn't working.
