I’d say Assault, Threatening a Federal Official, Destruction of Federal property and failure to comply are slam dunks.

Not arguing that she deserved to die. But this also wasn’t a run of the mill protestor walking the street chanting.

Anybody that forcibly entered a building was over the line. Full stop. And they should face consequences since we are responsible for our own actions even if they result from idiot politicians stoking divisiveness.

But due to that last sentence I really just roll my eyes at the whole outrage response to the situation. Both parties have been stoking this for years. The only clear take away is after the destruction from all of last year in our cities the right needs to up their rioting game of they want to represent.

It’s gonna be interesting to see how many wrongful termination lawsuits result here. If anybody was merely present IN the Capitol and not charged with a crime and then fired for exercising their right of assembly I think there could be some valid lawsuits. Of course we won’t hear of them in the media.
