At will employmentIt’s gonna be interesting to see how many wrongful termination lawsuits result here. If anybody was merely present IN the Capitol and not charged with a crime and then fired for exercising their right of assembly I think there could be some valid lawsuits. Of course we won’t hear of them in the media.
It will be the classic Far Side bear pose. Shoot the bear while it’s minding it’s own business drinking water then pose it in a menacing attacking fashion. She's not going to get a wall mount. She's going to get the taxidermist to do one of those full standing deals like a standing bear and put him in the rotunda.

Already asked and answered. If they’ve already got a position and are dismissed for exercising their constitutional rights and have not been charged with a crime they’ve got a case I think. And I’d guess they’ve got ENOUGH of a case for a payday that the offending company(ies) won’t want the press and will settle.I'm not on board with your legal analysis... At least in employment at will states.
Why would their jobs be protected? Shouldn't companies have control over who they employ? It’s gonna be interesting to see how many wrongful termination lawsuits result here. LOL. And they were out within 24 hours. Some of them were celebs wanting attention. They didn't lose jobs and the FBI was certainly not involved.Stop sniffing the MAGA glue. It's not good for your brain.
More than 300 protesters arrested as Kavanaugh demonstrations pack Capitol Hill
People get fired everyday for racist rants on social media. All of those rants are perfectly legal exercises of their rights. They still get canned.Already asked and answered. I'm all in favor of more worker protections. But don't be a believer in the idea that employers should be able to do what they wanna do with their workforce and then get mad when employers exercise that right.
I miss him every day. It has been about ten years since he died. First time I've been back around his old stomping grounds, and it kind of hit me again I guess.Sorry. The passage of time helps...................a little. It's been 5-1/2 years since my brother died, and there are days when I don't think about him.
