Like the 5 states that violated their constitution leading up to the election. Had those same states skipped the legislature and decided at the SOS level that all voting had to be in person and no mail in/ absentee would be accepted then you’d be ok with it?

Federalism is important and used to he a conservative ideal, until it wasn't convenient. States have the right to decide how and to some extent when votes are counted.

I will say this again and again. Conservatives led the charge to get rid of Pre-clearance and now they are crying about the lack of federal control. It will be awkward for some of them but I suggest we bring back preclearance. If nothing else, it would give the loser crybabies less to cry about.

Eliminating absentee/mail in ballots would be unconstitutional. Not to mention disenfranchising our military and others. I mean how would rich guys like drumpf vote? He would have to mix with us unwashed masses to vote.

In think you are trying to refer to the Texas lawsuit, which its overreach should scare any conservative. Nothing was found unconstitutional or fraudulent.

Your claim is that you are in favor of following the constitution. 5 states took a giant dump on theirs when they had time to change things according to their constitution. The states get to decide how to count their votes. Their constitution determines what that looks like. I asked you if the opposite party had control and did the exact same thing to their advantage if you’d be ok with it. You won’t answer that question because You can’t. Either answer goes against your previous statements. you know it has you caught as the hypocrite that you are.
