For sure it's on the ones who did it. But you can also say it was encouraged. Or are you not for holding people accountable for encouraging this behavior?
If Maxine Waters isn’t responsible for the violence by the “protesters” then Trump isn’t responsible for the rioters who stayed between the ropes and took selfies with the capital policeFor sure it's on the ones who did it. My God, who can argue that asking for a show of strength isnt a direct call to violently break into the Capitol? If Trump is effective enough to incite a riot/insurrection/coup with his words (even if the timing is off), we should pay him to come to UT and stir up the football team.

"Miller added, however, that he isn't sure whether Trump knew that he was "enraging the crowd" to riot at the Capitol when he delivered this speech in Washington, D.C.
Trump during his address prior to the riot urged supporters to march down to the Capitol and "show strength.""
Again how anyone can call actions that werent instigated by the person in question and didnt or wouldnt actually "overthrow" our Republic a coup is beyond me.
Sarcasm. The last paragraph should have made that clear. If you want to call this a show of strength and make an issue of it, no problem ... as long as you remember to include all the other shows of strength, which nobody is doing. You can't ignore entire movements based on riots or disruptions during political rallies as shows of strength and maintain any integrity in this argument. The capitol has been occupied before and protestors have interrupted congressional proceedings before.
