That depends on how you look at it. First, they have broken the law, and second they will almost certainly siphon off more than they contribute when you consider things like their healthcare, and educating their non English speaking children. I understand that we do need some migrant workers, especially in the agriculture industry, but the last thing we need is more poor people here right now.

Or I could simply follow the DSM-5 which governs these things, but I'm sure your hillbilly mental-health-o-meter works just as well. You sound like a chump.

didn't the DSM III say homosexuality was a mental disorder? Then societal pressure caused then to change it much like gender dysphoria?

This is one of those issues that falls under “freedom “.
It doesn’t effect me what people do in the privacy of their….wherever.

On the flip side of that I’m not changing my terminology for someone’s feelings. If a dude wants to be called lady then I have no issues with that. But when I as about my wife’s ticket at the airport and the girl at the counter says “don’t you mean partner?” Then it’s crossed the line. “No, I mean wife”.(true story)

It's not certain at all.

The law is not sacred. Human beings are.

Who cares about non English speaking children? They learn it in less than 2 years from cartoons.

Not sure what any of this has to do with inflation.

Societal pressure in the form of common sense unencumbered from moronic religious dogma. Looking approvingly on the DSM 2 is like moving back to thinking that the heavens revolve around the Earth. It's disregarded by the entirety of the field of experts.

I was just asking...because if it's not societal pressure then the argument is about science. How the body/brain works hasn't changed...how we interpret it has...meaning how society has influenced that interpretation. To societal pressure can change how medicine, especially psychology views sexual orientation....given that 2 men cannot create a life goes against nature and the need to create life.
