I look at this from the position that if a man ejaculates in a woman without her prior knowledge and consent he has no rights. If he did then it has become a mutual decision for her to become pregnant if she indeed becomes pregnant. If he didn’t gain her consent what she does with an unexpected pregnancy is not his business. His legal obligation is to financially support his child ( there are obviously others) if she decides to give birth to his child
