TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

Put the crack pipe down grandma. Obama released his all his tax returns while in office.

Who gives a ****, honestly. Most Americans could care a less...it’s not what’s in the tax returns that matter; it’s how it is spun for the 6 and 11 o’clock sound byte that matter. Trump knows this, so his decision to hold back his returns while they are under audit, while questionable by many, seems sound and is 100% legal.

Another day of political forum discussion here with Trumpsters...

Yah. But imagine how we feel.

Maybe he was hiding that he was getting Student Foreign Aid for college. Or maybe that his birth certificate really says that he’s white. That bogus bc was a joke.

In the crowd at Trump’s inauguration, members of Russia’s elite anticipated a thaw between Moscow and Washington - The Washington Post

Their presence caught the attention of counterintelligence officials at the FBI, according to former U.S. officials, although it is not clear which attendees drew U.S. government interest. FBI officials were concerned at the time because some of the figures had surfaced in the agency’s investigation of the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia, the officials said.

After they #ReleaseTheMemo Obama will only have two options:

OPTION 1) I didn’t know anything about the most important CI investigation in American history, despite being notified about it,or

OPTION 2) I did know and I approved of using the police state to spy on my opposition.

This article provides a great summary why Trump sucks, why I personally loathe him, and why he remains a disgrace to our country and threat to the Republic. His soon to be brief tenure will go down as one of the worst in history. Mueller can't bring Trumps illicit acts to light soon enough.

NYTimes:

...What do these bad presidents’ first years tell us about Mr. Trump? Some performed reasonably well at first, only to slide into disaster later. Might Mr. Trump grow in the job, making us forget his rookie-season bumbling? Or should we expect more of the same through 2020?

I expect the latter. Mr. Trump’s first year has been an unremitting parade of disgraces that have demeaned him as well as the dignity of his office, and he has shown that this is exactly how he believes he should govern.

Most important, he is the first president to fail to defend the nation from an attack on our democracy by a hostile foreign power — and to resist the investigation of that attack. He is the first to enrich his private interests, and those of his family, directly and openly.

He is the first president to denounce the press not simply as unfair but as “the enemy of the American people.” He is the first to threaten his defeated political opponent with imprisonment. He is the first to have denigrated friendly countries and allies as well as a whole continent with racist vulgarities.

George Washington warned that the actions of a president “may have great and durable consequences from their having been established at the commencement of a new general government.” If history is any guide — especially in light of the examples closest to his, of Buchanan and Andrew Johnson — Mr. Trump’s first year portends a very unhappy ending.

So no surprise here...LOL... Douche bank facilitating dirty deals again and... OH MY... Kushner is the dirty deal maker.

Anyone who can't see the tea leaves at this point either has their head in the sand or can't see the forest through the trees. Mueller is going to destroy Trumps presidency, his own family will face jail time, and whether impeached or indicted, Trump will be done with his reign of terror.

Hallelujah!!!

Never heard of Wilenz, which you are obviously a follower...but here's some interesting 'opinions' as well:

Sean Wilentz: Wrong on Untold History , Wrong on History in General

Sean Wilentz: Wrong on Untold History , Wrong on History in General | HuffPost

Wrong if Republican, Right if Democrat

The critical responses to his absence of reason assume that he’s engaged in a political object, in an argument about political means and political ends. He’s not. He’s engaged in a personality-centered diatribe about teams and sides, protecting his team’s banner against the other team’s banner-grabbers. There are no politics to Sean Wilentz’s politics, no ideology, no sense of right and wrong.

You probably should tone down your hatred for America.

Did you read the article?

“Their finding: There are indications that Donald Trump’s son-in-law or persons or companies close to him could have channeled suspicious monies through Deutsche Bank as part of their business dealings.”

Analogy time to help you understand: when your best friend beats his husband up that doesn't mean you're guilty because he was close to you.
