TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

Anyone heard from Squints?

Here I am. I actually have a job, you know, that thing called work. You perform a duty, you get paid, and then the wages go to fund “entitlement” programs you are in support of.

What I responded to, initially, had nothing to do with your rebuttal. You asked, “Why?”, to hog’s comment, “Release the memo.” You went on further to say, “it’s overrated,” presumably due to it concerning your party and its corrupt officials.

Glad to see you’re spinning like a top.

Anyone else having trouble getting into the shutdown thread? I can get into others (obviously), but that one came up as invalid repeatedly.

What kind of fool openly taunts a man with Muellers position and power? Jeez. I suppose the better question is will Hannity recant his absurd 'prediction' when it becomes apparent this memo is all hot air? Fox's All Spin Zone will fix that... fo sho.

Well, this whole this is about abuse of power. Nice to know you too suspect the actors are capable of abuse of power and weaponizing against US citizens.

Your honesty is refreshing.

Oh, and you guys get so whiny when you think Trump is picking on the media...

You are clueless. I hope that job of yours doesn't require reasoning.

My response to Hogg was in jest. It was based on his defense of Trump instructing Bannon to not answer any questions and saying that was good and proper.

Aha, the typical - oh, I’ve been caught, let me cover my tracks, backpedal, and reply with, “it was in jest” - tactic.

As far as being clueless, I’m not the liberal one here.

Because he can. It's smart.

Speaking of reasoning... Hog actually said that it is legal and smart to refuse to answer, and answer as little as possible when you do have to answer.

If the committee votes to release the memo, it will be neither legal nor smart for those damaged in the memo to refuse to release the memo. And if any witness is put under oath, short of taking the fifth, it is neither legal nor smart to refuse to testify.

You have more flip flops than the beaches of Florida. As long as it concerns Trump, “hell yeah, release everything,” but when it concerns legitimate criminal activity by your party and its officials, “meh, transparency is overrated.”

Do you remove your blue-tinted shades and proofread anything before posting? I mean, seriously, WTH....?

Don't bother, these people are actually FOR a socialist society where the government makes all of these silly decisions like VOTING for them. They hate the pressure of capitalism because of its competitive nature. They really hate competition in any form. They don't find fault in government spying, colluding or the destruction of the constitution. Sadly we had to elect a buffoon to extricate power from these poor souls and their gray world. He is making a mess of it but the job is getting done. Hopefully the next republican president, after the swamp is drained, will be more unifying.

Russian-linked bots on Twitter are pushing for the House Intelligence Committee to release a classified report written by committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.).

#ReleaseTheMemo is the top trending hashtag among Twitter accounts believed to be operated by Kremlin-linked groups, according to Hamilton 68, a website which tracks Russian propaganda online.

Hamilton 68 is spearheaded by Clint Watts, an expert on foreign actors using American social media. Watts has testified before Congress multiple times on the matter.

The #ReleaseTheMemo hashtag has increased by 286,700 percent over the past two days and is being used 100 times more than any other hashtag by accounts Hamilton 68 is tracking.

amazing what happens when a Congressman actually uses the hashtag.

also no crap it has increased some insane amount. there wasn't anything to release before that. and the hashtag would have been "worthless"

it would also be interesting to see just how many of these bots there are, and how they are effecting the total.
