Thanks. I'm 20 miles NE of Orlando, likely scooting to South Florida to avoid the power outages etc. Hope not to have too much damage. Storm surge is the real threat and that won't be an issue for me.

It wasn't FEMA's $ if it wasn't budgeted to the Disaster Relief Fund to begin with. Blame the folks who set the budget. Nothing has been pulled from the DRF and sent elsewhere. There's a process for redirecting funds and any action is public record.

Since when did it become the Veeps job to do anything with disaster recovery unless specifically requested to do so by the boss?
And in a related question, how many Hurricanes has Florida experienced in the last four years and in how many of those did. Harris call DeSantis? Hint; it’s a number less than 1.
