Not necessarily. There were plenty of conservative Republicans more qualified. Whether or not they're Trump first, as in agreeing with everything he does, or doing the right thing for all Americans and guiding him through change isn't a question for him. He prefers those who bow to his every whim. That's not any kind of real leader

Yeah. Like who.

Who should he have picked for Sec of State? Or AG? Or Sec of Defense that was both more qualified and has a history of both agreeing with a healthy portion of Trumps agenda, while also vocally opposing him the rest of the time.

I’ll wait patiently for your list.

Yeah. We sure as heck don’t want anyone who actually does what he said he was going to do, nor people in his cabinet that hit ground running. How could we possibly like that?

He had 4 years to form an action plan. He seems to be executing it efficiently.

Trump learned some tough lessons in term one; he figured out how he planned to get things done this time around and he is doing it.

We will see how much of it sticks, and we will have time to judge the good and the bad, but man, this Pres definitely means business.

MVP thus far in Trumpworld 2.0: Chief of Staff Wiles. That woman, so far, seems to keep Trump mostly on task and focused, I didn’t know if that would be possible.

She also does it all behind the scenes, which is necessary so as not abuse the royal ego. She is good at what she does.

Cannot disagree with any of this. I’ve said it before, the best thing that may have happened is Trump losing in 2020.

So Trump formulated the plan for Project 2025? In between his hour long rants on social media? In between his claims of "the documents were planted" and then "I secretly by thought, declassified the docs"? While throwing every MFer who covered for him under the bus? While almost all his attorneys were disbarred? He was secluded in an office coming up with a plan?

The dumbing down of America is a real phenomena. From both sides of the aisle
