choosing the lesser of two evils doesn't make give you any high ground. all you are doing is mitigating how guilty you feel.

in anything other than politics choosing between a bullet to the brain or a knife to the brain isn't even an option and most people would gladly say "none of the above". but you have bought into the story that you have to vote for one of the two and you continue to feed the system that gave us Vladimir Trump, good job.

and I have never claimed any moral/ethical high ground/bravery from not voting. I have principals, and at least I willing to stand firm on mine.

Had a great weekend, actually.

Got to have a break from working a 60 hour week, while you probably pull no more than a 40.

Then got to cookout with my wife, which you probably don't have one, and listen to her play the balalaika over the sound of the fire and the river.

Stars were shining over the bamboo grove immediately next to us and the vastness of the skies beyond the Redwoods was magnificent.

That, and I learned that MAGA scum are finally going down.

A great weekend.

Hearing some buzz about two prominent individuals we all know potentially being caught on tape regarding all of this.

And not in a good way.

I'm going to wait to see how that plays out before posting names though.

I'm still very skeptical myself. Hard to believe.

Bham, I like you, but I think you need to recognize a very fundamental fact: Donny is a mobster.

Literally. I don't mean that figuratively.

How he has skated these past 20-30 years, I have no clue. Maybe bribes to public figures and prosecutors? I don't know. But he is.

I think with his ascendancy to the presidency he finally pissed off enough powerful people who don't give a darn anymore.
