TrumPutinGate

Putin dispatched secret Russian agents to take him out because he was too close to the truth

Speaking of too close to the truth, anyone see the reports of Trump telling Duterte that the U.S. has two nuke subs off coast off DPRK?

Awesome.

Navy released that info abut the subs before Trump. Keep up the stupid.

Rly?

You may need to call the Pentagon, apparently they didn't get that news.

Can you cite your source?

Edit: Looks like you were wrong, again, like the bozo in chief.

We have two submarines — the best in the world. We have two nuclear submarines, not that we want to use them at all," the newspaper quoted Trump as telling Duterte, based on the transcript.

The report was based on a Philippine transcript of the call that was circulated on Tuesday under a "confidential" cover sheet by the Americas division of the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs

I am certain you will dismiss my source. But http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/t...ubmarine-locations-to-duterte/article/2624033

"But a quick check of the U.S. Navy's website shows the Navy itself publicly announced the USS Michigan's arrival in Busan on April 25 in a news release, four days before Trump's phone call with Duterte. On May 2, the Navy announced in another news release that the USS Cheyenne had arrived at Sasebo.

Though the Cheyenne announcement came after Trump's call with Duterte, it's an indication that the information is not as sensitive as some are suggesting.

Given that the Navy itself had released news of the Michigan's arrival days before the phone call even took place, reports characterizing Trump's comments as a "revelation" are probably a bit hysterical."

"The Navy revealed on April 25 that the nuclear-powered, Ohio-class submarine USS Michigan (SSGN 727) arrived in Busan, South Korea for a port call and to strengthen the partnership with the South Korean Navy.

Videos of the Michigan were released online by news outlets."

Oh and from the Navy's own site,

Like I said, keep up the stupid.

Like I said, keep up the stupid.

You've made the assumption that the Michigan was one of the subs that trump was talking about. The other sub was not disclosed until after the call. Frankly, that may have been damage control.

Given the bozo in chiefs inability to even spell opsec, I have zero faith that the Michigan was one of the boats he spoke about - it's more than likely the two boats he revealed were on patrol, not doing ports of call on goodwill photo ops.

If I were a foreign power I'd be very circumspect about giving Trump anything really sensitive. He has repeatedly shown this need to brag about what he knows, as if to validate his position. As in, "I am on the inside now and can prove it, look at the cool stuff I know."

It is quite alarming.
