:clapping::clapping::clapping::clapping:I am certain you will dismiss my source. But http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/t...ubmarine-locations-to-duterte/article/2624033
"But a quick check of the U.S. Navy's website shows the Navy itself publicly announced the USS Michigan's arrival in Busan on April 25 in a news release, four days before Trump's phone call with Duterte. On May 2, the Navy announced in another news release that the USS Cheyenne had arrived at Sasebo.
Though the Cheyenne announcement came after Trump's call with Duterte, it's an indication that the information is not as sensitive as some are suggesting.
Given that the Navy itself had released news of the Michigan's arrival days before the phone call even took place, reports characterizing Trump's comments as a "revelation" are probably a bit hysterical."

"The Navy revealed on April 25 that the nuclear-powered, Ohio-class submarine USS Michigan (SSGN 727) arrived in Busan, South Korea for a port call and to strengthen the partnership with the South Korean Navy.
Videos of the Michigan were released online by news outlets."
Oh and from the Navy's own site,

Like I said, keep up the stupid.
The navy's website proves you wrong. But your opinion is noted.
The USS Michigan was there as part of the strike group. The Reagan and Carl Vinson groups are no longer in the area.
"By announcing the presence of nuclear submarines, the president, some Pentagon officials privately explained, gives away the element of surprise an irony given his repeated declarations during the campaign that the US announces far too many of its military plans when it comes to combatting ISIS."
"In the past, the US Navy has acknowledged that nuclear submarines were part of a deploying strike group. By doing so, the public knows the general deployment schedule regional destination. But saying that submarines are in the region is not the same as saying how many there are and that they are near North Korea, as Trump did during the phone call. Strikes groups dont stick together and sail as one big unit but can break off as needed.
The military also has announced roughly 48 hours beforehand when a nuclear submarine deployment is returning home, in part, to notify families."
Former FBI Director James Comey’s controversial decision to detail the FBI’s findings in the Hillary Clinton email case without Justice Department input was influenced by a dubious Russian document that the FBI now considers to be bad intelligence, The Washington Post reported Wednesday.
The secret document, which purported to be a piece of Russian intelligence, claimed that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch had privately assured someone in the Clinton campaign that the investigation into Clinton’s handling of classified information would go nowhere.
But according to people familiar with the matter, by August the FBI had come to believe the document was unreliable — and in fact may have been planted as a fake to confuse the FBI.
By August, although officials continued to rely on the document as justification for Comey’s decision, the bureau had come to the conclusion that there was nothing to substantiate its claims. Wasserman Schultz, Benardo and Renteria told The Post they were never interviewed about the matter.
I know. I was too. :hi:
But yeah, Senate subpoena going out today. I think they're going to bring in Carter Page now too so that should be fun.
Why does the house or senate even issue subpoenas anymore? Nobody complies if they don't want to, they have no way to enforce them if the DOJ doesn't agree to.
