From what I understand that is mixing private and public business (the alleged problem); not collusion between Team Trump and Russia to rig the election.

Kushner comes from a family known for doing illegal and shady things. His father went to federal prison for illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion, and witness tampering. He also arranged to have a prostitute seduce his brother in-law because they were cooperating with feds.
