TrumPutinGate

Dems obstructionists?. They must be really on the ball with the Rs in control all three branches. :thud:

We were told for the last 8 years that R's were obstructionists - of course D's controlled Congress and the WH for the first 2 and the Senate and WH for the first 6.

Did R's have mysterious obstruction powers that D's do not?

I'm about what's best for our country numbnuts, I find it hilarious you claim to be a small business owner and yet you can't see the forest for the trees. And your posts are way more liberal leaning than conservative dude, sorry you and the rest of the Clinton Panty sniffers can't get over the loss. Trumps not going anywhere and it's your side who's in demise, that of course is your biggest fear, you know you guys are toast the more successful Trump is. Bon appétit

Being a business owner has nothing to do with independently making political decisions on personal beliefs. One can be a fiscal conservative and social liberal. Although this has been pointed out a number of times before, you still can't seem to grasp it.

For example, I'd love to see tax reform and smaller government yet I still advocate for being pro choice.

I didn't vote for Clinton and believe she should probably be in jail, I've stated this before too - but you know this and choose to ignore in favor of foisting a us against them narrative. Trump is a buffoon, rational people realize this.

You never chimed in on the question from yesterday (day before maybe) about Trump. Or did and I missed it in the VP/VV/Highchair drivel.

He is a buffoon, but is he an incompetent buffoon?

Rinat Akhmetshin, the Russian-American lobbyist who confirmed Friday that he attended last year’s meeting between Trump associates and a Kremlin-connected lawyer, said that the attorney brought with her a folder of information related to the DNC. According to the Associated Press, “Akhmetshin said Veselnitskaya brought with her a plastic folder with printed-out documents that detailed what she believed was the flow of illicit funds to the Democratic National Committee. Veselnitskaya presented the contents of the documents to the Trump associates and suggested that making the information public could help the Trump campaign, he said.” Akhmetshin recalled to the AP the lawyer saying: “This could be a good issue to expose how the DNC is accepting bad money.”

Apparently the Trump campaign never used it then. Collusion disproved.

Hopefully this will shed a little insight into his mindset..

Sometimes Septic can actually be rational and even somewhat thoughtful in his responses. Almost even objective from time to time. But a dimwit he is not. Just...very opinionated. And douchy from time to time.

Time to time? You're on a roll today brother, you can be educated and still be a moron

AP confirms ID of the Russian-American lobbyist who attended the Donald Trump Jr. meeting as Rinat Akhmetshin.

Try looking up the guy's background. You won't find much, but this blurb was interesting

"In fact, let’s start with that gentleman, Mr. Rinat Akhmetshin. He is often reported to be a former Soviet Army counterintelligence officer. That certainly adds to the air of suspect notoriety around him. But if he was one, he was extremely young at the time – he was 48 last year, and the USSR broke up more than 25 years ago – and Akhmetshin has reportedly been in the U.S. since at least 1998."

That means Akhmetshin immigrated during the Clinton administration - shocker. Maybe that and his work with Fusion are why the press haven't seen fit to cover his status - when he immigrated if/when he really became a citizen, etc. Funny how the trash always seems to go back to the Dims.

Sounds like a self evaluation, there GV.:)

Nah, I'm always objective...well, almost. However, when Septic sees someone mention Trump in a positive light, it's like this:

It'll take some time to bring him around.

GV - head over to the illegal alien murder thread. Some immigration stuff... curious as to your opinion.

Actually, there's been considerable regulatory rollback; we have new trade deals with China (coal, beef) and Mexico (sugar). There's a cease fire in Syria (for the time being), ISIS is suffering major losses, we are close to getting Qatar and the other Arab nations back on solid relationship ground.

There's more of course but it gets virtually no press attention because RUSSIA!

The trade deals with China were already in the process of being signed, the U.S. Went 6 months without a suger trade deal with Mexico which caused the price of sugar to rise in the U.S., Qatar and the Gulf Nations are no where close to resolving their differences in a situation that Trump himself egged on, the cease fire between Assad/Russia and the Syrain Rebels fell apart within 48 hours and progress against ISIS was done using a military strategy that was developed late in the Obama Administration.

Conspiracy to commit a crime is an impeachable offense, that's what brought nixon down. The surrogate's "nothing burger" is growing into a Burger King "Whooper" day by day. It's no wonder strong man tRump has banned tv cameras from the press briefing room. At least we don't have to look s. huckabee.

That's pretty bigoted. Aren't libs the party of a person's looks, color, other preferences don't matter? Or is that just for other people?
