Below is one quote from the article:

"All that right-wing media needs to do is just throw out some things that appear to be substantive that have some stray facts that the cult will hang on to, and the cult will do everything else themselves," John Ziegler, a conservative media columnist and former talk radio host, told CNN. "They don't need a full theory. No one ever provides a narrative that explains all this. It's just poking holes and pretending the whole story is fake news. It's a classic trick really. It's a shame that's what the right-wing media has been reduced to."

This is exactly correct. That's why Fox has always specializes in banners that ask questions, Did Lynch let the Russian lawyer into the country? to SUGGEST in the gullible minds of it's audience, but not say, that maybe the whole thing a freaking year ago was all a set up.

Trump picks up on it and uses. "Some say" or "Others are saying" and his loyal fans run of screeching that there must be proof.

The two biggest factors in this whole equation: 1) the lack of critical thinking skills on the right; 2) the manipulation of that base by those taking advantage of that fact.

Except the obummer administration did allow the Russian lawyer in and allowed her to stay on beyond her allotted time, the bottom line my paranoid liberal schizophrenic friends, neither Trump or his son have done anything illegal or improper. The red scare and the Rosenbergs are not repeating themselves no matter how hard you want to believe that something has transpired. Keep up the paranoid rants, it keeps me in stitches..

Let them investigate everyone from the last 8 years with any Russian ties. I'd bet the Dems outnumber the Repubes by a landslide.

That is just more right wing fake news and misinformation. Here are the facts.

http://www.latimes.com/politics/washington/la-na-trump-russia-1499974350-htmlstory.html

Below are the last two paragraphs from the article. She was a lawyer defending a case in NY involving some of Trump's Russian real estate acquaintances. The investigation was being lead by Bharara who was abruptly fired by Trump.

In a subpoena from September, prosecutors from the Southern District of New York summoned another figure in the alleged scheme, Andrei Pavlov, to testify before a grand jury in New York. According to the subpoena, which was attached to a court filing, prosecutors wanted Pavlov to bring documents and copies of his correspondence with six people – including Veselnitskaya.

The United States attorney supervising that investigation, Preet Bharara, was fired by Trump in January after what the lawyer said were a series of “uncomfortable” calls in which Trump seemed to be trying to compromise his independence.

One week, two people commit suicide who had helped expose HRC. When does that investigation start?

I think it will be part of the ongoing investigations. Who would want the people trying to dig up dirt on HRC silenced at this point? hmmmmm...Trump maybe?

Mueller's team is quite a bit smarter than the trump nut huggers here at VN. They won't be influenced by Fox or anyone else.

So, you'll accept the findings whenever they are complete? Even if it clears Trump?

If Mueller clears the administration I'll accept it 100%. I want the truth. Then we can move on and argue about policy.

I really would like for the Justice Department appoint a special investigator with subpoena powers to look into voter fraud. I'll accept the findings even if it's lead by Republicans. I'm totally convinced it isn't happening except in very isolated cases.
