The point of charity, however, is to give. In terms of the morality of giving, if their is incentive, then it is merely a transaction, not charity.

I do understand why the government does it though - to incentivize "giving." Otherwise, far fewer people would donate to charities, especially large donations, because, you know, they're not actually charitable. Thus my original point.

Told you all on the first page of this thread that it would become the most important on VolNation. And here we are.

That hasn't changed, and that is not going to change, unless someone ends up making a unique "The Don Gang Trials" thread to discuss all of the coming arrests, charges, trials, and sentences.

Or unless we have a major constitutional crisis and/or civil war, and that thread takes the place of this one, in which case I highly doubt any of us will be on here posting anymore. We'll probably be too worried about dodging bullets from our neighbors or finding uncontaminated water or foraging for gasoline.
