TrumPutinGate

No, of course I don't think that. I had my problems with Obama, but at least he was presidential and exhibited a decent measure of sangfroid. The domestic and international polls bear that out. There are no polls anywhere which indicate the same for Trump. And they never ever f---king will.

But of course the press treated him with kid gloves also. So you can't compare apples to apples.

You missed the point of the post.

So the only legislative accomplishment this lame congress has is passing a bill that doesn't do **** for Americans

I wonder what's up?

Wonder if this has anything to do with the Democratic IT staffer's arrest.

I think this is about to get really interesting....., I think we may have another YouTube video type excuse about to be exposed.

That's because you at times tend to be very pointless.

No...if you read it and actually put two seconds of thought into it, you would find I was saying people had the exact same fears eight years ago. Obama's gonna turn us into a police state, FEMA death camps in unused Walmarts, everyone is on a list...okay this one might be true.

Your post, had it been eight years ago, was a dead match for the same irrational fears that others had.

Now, broke it down into Sesame Street terms I hope you can understand. And the hidden implication is "don't be irrational about this."

They probably worked out a deal. He didn't want to testify publicly. In exchange the committee wanted a written testimony plus some other paperwork.

This is correct. Per Sen. Diane Feinstein and Sen. Chuck Grassley: "A subpoena was issued to compel Mr. Manafort's participation in Wednesday's hearing,"... "As with other witnesses, we may be willing to excuse him from Wednesday's hearing if he would be willing to agree to the production of documents and a transcribed interview, with the understanding that the interview would not constitute a waiver of his rights or prejudice the committee's right to compel his testimony in the future."

Apparently, Manafort also took notes during the June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower and has handed them over to the committee as well.

Yeah. About that hacking thing....

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-07-25/intel-vets-challenge-russia-hack-evidence

Independent analyst Skip Folden, a retired IBM Program Manager for Information Technology US, who examined the recent forensic findings, is a co-author of this Memorandum. He has drafted a more detailed technical report titled “Cyber-Forensic Investigation of ‘Russian Hack’ and Missing Intelligence Community Disclaimers,” and sent it to the offices of the Special Counsel and the Attorney General. VIPS member William Binney, a former Technical Director at the National Security Agency, and other senior NSA “alumni” in VIPS attest to the professionalism of the independent forensic findings.

Well let me "broke it down into Sesame Street terms I hope you can understand." You don't really want to spar with me.
