Trey Gowdy proved Clinton broke federal law. My cousin is a lawyer who works for the FBI. He is as far left as they come. I asked him about what she did and the crimes committed. He said she absolutely violated federal law. He also said that if a normal citizen were to do what she did, then they would be doing at least 20 years. He said because of her wealth and more importanty who her husband is, there will never be any real justice.

So it was recently revealed that Comey was drafting his decision to not charge HC long before the investigation was completed and before key witnesses such as the IT guy, Huma, Mills and HC herself were interviewed.

We see there's a draft of a decision from Trump to fire Comey because he wouldn't clear him.

We are told in this thread that the latter is clear evidence of Trump's thinking and mindset and serves as evidence of obstruction. If that's true, we have to believe that Comey's is also clear evidence of his thinking and mindset that he never intended to prosecute HC no?

Depends on what was in it, but possibly.

However, it is irrelevant. She's not in office. She's not running for anything. And it would not justify Trumps actions anyway.

It's another distraction.

Yea and former judges and federal prosecutors said that they too often made draft legal decision before coming to a conclusion.

One problem with your argument. By the time judges and prosecutors see the case all/most of the evidence has been gathered and the investigation has been done.

News about the Steel Dossier and Christopher Steele relationship with the FBI is coming out. Steele's intel sources were so reliable that the FBI is using the information he gave them to prosecute and indictment FIFA officials and Sepp Blatter. Sir Woods, former British Ambassador to Russia gave a strong endorsement to Mr. Steele saying "Mr. Steele is to be trusted and the thing to do is to disprove the findings."

I didn't spend much time on facebook during the election cycle, but I did see the massive botnet army on twitter churning out pro-Trump, anti-everyone else RT, Sputnik, and Wikileaks garbage...and of course you have the Reality Winner CIA leaks that demonstrate a Russian spearphishing campaign.

It's like I said earlier in this thread, Russia wanted to be involved...and Team Trump wanted Russia involved.
