Bad day for people peddling the Trump/Russia collusion theory:

1. WaPo reports Clinton campaign and DNC funded the work for the Steele dossier - interesting how oppo research made it's way into the US intel community. A campaign hires a foreign former agent to dig up dirt on an opponent and some of the dirt came from research gathered by the Russians. Hmmmm.

2. Trey Gowdy when asked about evidence of collusion says no witness has provided any evidence of collusion or cooperation so far and the investigation is still ongoing but clearly most of the info has been reviewed.

3. Tucker Carlson has a source from the Podesta group who is claiming Manafort worked with the PG representing Russian interests all through the early Obama years including those where HC was SoS and the Clinton Foundation was raking in millions from Russia connected business interests.

We know Mueller is investigating both the Podesta group and Manafort. It appears that Manafort may be of more interest for his connections to the PG than for those to Trump.

Did you read the article you posted? Assange gave Cambridge Analytica nothing - so they did not use that information in campaign.

So the Clinton campaign paid for work done by a foreign national and that work included information that came directly from the Russians. The Clinton campaign actually received that information and we don't know what they did with it.

The article you posted said CA sought info from Assange but got nothing.

Hence if the latter is collusion then the former definitely is since they actually gained cooperation both from a foreign national AND indirectly from the Russians themselves.

That's one reason that the FBI director serves a 10-year term and does not turn over the reins as presidential administrations come and go. More like Clinton campaign hired a law firm to hire foreign intelligence lackey to get unsubstantiated dirt from top Russian intelligence officials. Basically, they paid for a fairy tale.

The Clinton campaign then shared with the FBI who used the unsubstantiated dossier to spy on Trump and team and eventually unmask names. Then leak it to select media groups in a smear attempt.

This is a huge scandal. Another one at the feet of the morally bankrupt democrats and Clinton machine.
