I would think that Trump's biggest enemy is our own intelligence community. The swamp wants him gone.Trump siding with our enemies over our own Intelligence Community? Based on "He told me he didn't meddle and I believe him"? It's clear Putin owns him and is beginning to put the squeeze on him. Probably threatening to release whore tapes.
No, just those three. The rest of the system hasnt been heard.
Didn't Obama chide Romney for saying we needed to be worried about Russia? Didn't Obama say he would have more flexibility to work with Putin after the election? Is he Satan, or is he not? Obama didn't think so.That is demonstrably false. The lengths to which some of you go to defend Trump is pathetic. You really would think of Putin as an ally to the United States just because that is what Trump wants you to think and you can't think any other way.

Russia, Russia, Russia. To draw any parallels between Obama's approach to Putin and Russia and Trump's actions is ridiculous. And Obama never said we didn't need to worry about Russia. He disagreed with Romney's statement that Russia was our biggest international threat (and perhaps he was wrong - Obama did get a lot wrong in foreign policy but that is still no defense for Trump). Obama also unsuccessfully tried to for a "reset" between our two nations as other Presidents have done. That is a far cry from the numerous ties and conflicts of interest and undisclosed business dealings that Trump's campaign and administration have had with Russian oligarchs and Putin including Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Carter Page, Jared Kushner and even Trump himself. Not to mention the multitude of times that Trump has inexplicably drawn moral equivalencies between the U.S. and Russia and come to Putin's defense for various atrocities... and now, he has taken Putin's side against his own intelligence community which no President has ever done before.
Russia, Russia, Russia.
At least Hillary and Bill and the Podestas had nothing to do with the Russians. That has dominated the headlines the last year. Who made it that way? Who hired Paul Manafort as his campaign manager? Who hired Michael Flynn as National Security Adviser? Who responded, "Are we so innocent?" when asked if Putin was wrong for killing members of the Russian government who were critical of him? Who just sided with Putin over his own CIA Director (who he appointed). And yes, Mike Pompeo did testify in January that Russia did meddle in the 2016 Presidential campaign.

Working with Russia is one thing. Selling out to them is another. Some of our interests do overlap.
But Trump seems to be the only person in our entire government that thinks Putin is a "great guy". Putin's ultimate goal is to reestablish the Empire and dominate all of Europe.
Nato is the only thing that held them at bay last time. Trump seems to want to weaken that alliance.
.
What actions has Trump taken to help Putin?
For one our allies don't know if they can trust America to have their back with Trump in charge. The IC has talked him down since he took office but I believe Trump would abandon Nato if he could.
We can't allow Trump to cozy up to people who are a threat to democracy. Undermining our elections is just a start. You can deny it if you like but Russia would like nothing better than to see a friendly dictator (Trump) in charge of the US.
No I do not think Putin is an ally of the US and I wouldnt put it past the Russians to meddle in our elections. Do I think they hacked the DNC server, no. Do I think they ran ads on social media, probably so. I do not think in any way shape or form that Trump or his campaign worked in conjunction or colluded with the Russians.
So far the Russians have won and got exactly what they wanted, division, infighting and distrust in our electoral system. It didnt matter to them which candidate won.
This is ridiculous and has been debunked time and time again by our intelligence community in bi-partisan investigations. There is dispute over collusion but no dispute in Congress whatsoever over whether or not Russia was responsible for hacking DNC servers. Not one single Republican member of Congress disputes that. The last line in particular is nothing short of willful ignorance.
Trump is helping to propagate the division which exists in our country right now by drawing everyone (including those in our own intelligence community) as being political partisans who work for their own party's agenda rather than for the United States of America. That is not reality but division benefits him, so he does it.
