TrumPutinGate

Interesting.

Could be him trying to get Ryan to call off the attacks so they can finish.

Could be him preparing Ryan for what's coming from Mueller in the near future, i.e. how do we manage Trump's reaction to an impeachable offense recommendation.

People at the top have been keeping their heads down the last month or so, you have to admit. They know something ominous is on the horizon and they have to be able to deal with it.

Meeting with Ryan to let him know that the jig is up, they got nothing and Ryan's not going to be POTUS.

1) Economy is not exactly "booming," unless you are super rich. 2) Economy began improving on solid ground under Obama. 3) Stock market was way up over the course of Obama's tenure. We will see what happens when the economy sputters because there is no income driving consumer spending by the middle class. 4) Taxes are being cut for the wealthy. 5) Small bonuses of no significance to the economy are being paid by companies as a stunt because they are trying to make Trump like them. We'll see how the tens of millions in bonuses compare to the many billions in increased revenue for the super wealthy and how people feel about the bonus that will pay for almost nothing these days.

I'm not rich and my prospects for 2018 are the best they have been in 6-7 years.

Based on the expectation that Democrats have set that the stock market was going to zero, Trump would be rounding up muslims, and that droves of people would certainly die... certainly he's outperformed your wildest dreams.

Overall he has been far worse than I expected, and I expected him to be pretty bad.

My company, who is in a dinosaur space, has upped its earnings forecast after this past quarter. We are usually very conservative. We are expecting very good things this year. Our primarily demo is families earning between 50-100k.

Trump is literally Hitler

It’s amazing the little snowflake Luther is still alive. He thought he would die after we withdrew from Paris. And surely thought he would be dead when the tax cuts passed. He’s barely hanging on to dear life

Lol, truly.

Dung Beetle > Nunes

Speaking of indictments...

Per BBC:

Bannon reportedly said the Justice Department investigation into links between the Trump campaign and Moscow would focus on money laundering, adding: "They're going to crack Don Junior like an egg on national TV."

Magic words: MONEY LAUNDERING.

Can't recall a bigger internal ****storm within the White House ever.

Not only am I alive and well but thriving. I don't follow the point you're trying to make either. You and Airvol combine for quite the brain trust.

so is Bannon to be trusted now that he has switched sides? Its so hard keeping track of all these double standards.

Bannon is just like trump and the only side they have ever been on is their own. Shouldn't trust either just enjoy the show.

I have been enjoying watching both sides flail at each other while the important matters continue to be ignored. It will be great when the Dems win, claim some great victory and still nothing changes.

its more partisan hackery just so they can do even less work than normal, which is already saying something.

this isn't about the country, GOP or DNC, establishment vs masses, conservatives vs liberals, patriotism, Russians, the American way or anything else. This is simply eroding away the responsibilities of the government, and all the while people cheer it.

Makes you wonder what the hell we need the FBI for if it takes a special prosecutor to sniff out money laundering completely unrelated to what the SP was tasked to investigate.

It's all of those. Kind of like getting Capone on tax evasion. Trump is guilty of so much that makes him unfit for office that it's imperative that something be found that will hold up in court. The classiest move would be for him to resign. Next would be a republican led effort to remove him. In the absence of either of those two, money laundering is as good as anything.
