You might want to take your "sources" with a grain of salt. From her own "about me" section... might as well quote your dog, dude...

Sara is a thespian who studied with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and practices foreign accents to embarrass her family in public settings.

That italicized part was a joke about herself, maybe more “sources” (and yourself) should be so inclined to not take oneself so seriously...by the way, my dog told me you overlooked this part about Sara Carter’s “About Me”:

Sara A. Carter is a national and international award-winning investigative reporter whose stories have ranged from national security, terrorism, immigration and front line coverage of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

She is currently the senior national security correspondent for web-based Circa News, working on major projects in conjunction with Sinclair Broadcast Group affiliates across the nation.

She was formerly with the Los Angeles News Group, The Washington Times, The Washington Examiner and wrote numerous exclusives for USA Today, US News World Report, and Arutz Sheva in Israel.

Her work along the U.S. Mexico border paved a new path in national security related stories in the region. Her investigations uncovered secret tunnel systems, narcotics-trafficking routes and the involvement of Mexican federal officials in the drug trade.

Sara has made appearances on hundreds of national news and radio shows to discuss her work. She has also made guest appearances on Fox, CNN, BBC International and C-Span. She has interviewed numerous heads of State and foreign officials.

She grew up in Saudi Arabia and has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Mexico.

She has spent more than seven months in Afghanistan and Pakistan since 2008. Her work on Afghan women and children addicted to Opium garnered first place in Washington D.C. SPJ awards. She embedded with troops on Afghanistan’s border with Pakistan and spent days with them while being mortared and shot at by Taliban insurgents hiding in the hillsides.

She traveled into Pakistan’s lawless border region with the Pakistani Army in North Waziristan and South Waziristan. She has broken numerous stories on ISIS and al-Qaeda in the region, to include a verified ISIS documents that expose the group’s plans for South Asia and the Middle East. The dossier also included a history of ISIS and its leadership.

Her investigative reports have won regional, state, national and international recognition. She is the recipient of two National Headliner Awards, one of which, Jamie’s Story focused on a child born into the Mexican Mafia and gangs in Southern California. The in-depth and at times life-threatening stories led to the forced retirement of city officials and led to changes in law, education and programs in San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.

In 2006, she received her second National Headliner Award for her multiple part series Beyond Borders. The project consisted of groundbreaking investigations that focused on immigration and national security concerns along the southwest border. Her investigative work on immigration also earned her the 2006 Eugene Katz Award from the Center for Immigration Studies, in Washington D.C.

Also in 2006, she garnered the California Newspaper Publisher’s Association Freedom of Information Act Award for her investigation into millions of federal dollars misspent by a local school districts in an impoverished neighborhood.

Sara was the first to uncover U.S. documents disclosing the number of Mexican Military incursions into the United States and her feature on Border Patrol Agents Ignacio “Nacho” Ramos and Jose Compean led to a national movement to pardon the agents who were sentenced to 12 years in prison after an altercation with a convicted Mexican drug smuggler in Texas. After a two-year investigation by Sara, President George W. Bush commuted their sentence on his last day of office.

In 2008, Sara was awarded the Society of Professional Journalists nationally recognized Sigma Delta Chi award for her multiple-part series in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico that uncovered the brutality of the Gulf and Sinaloa Cartel wars along the border.

Sara, who speaks Spanish fluently, is the daughter of a Cuban immigrant mother and her father was a Marine and veteran of two wars. She is also happily married and enjoys spending time with family.

"President Donald Trump on Wednesday morning again labeled the probe into potential coordination between his associates and Russia the "single greatest witch hunt" in US history.

"The single greatest Witch Hunt in American history continues. There was no collusion, everybody including the Dems knows there was no collusion, & yet on and on it goes. Russia & the world is laughing at the stupidity they are witnessing. Republicans should finally take control!" Trump tweeted."

What exactly is he encouraging here? Weird tweet.

From WaPo. Interesting. Not sure what to make of this. Mueller further down the rabbit hole than we think?

Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III has added a veteran cyber prosecutor to his team, filling what has long been a gap in expertise and potentially signaling a recent focus on computer crimes.

Ryan K. Dickey was assigned to Mueller's team in early November from the Justice Department's computer crime and intellectual-property section, said a spokesman for the special counsel's office. He joined 16 other lawyers who are highly respected by their peers but who have come under fire from Republicans wary of some of their political contributions to Democrats
.

Yeah, who knows where all the cyber black hole stuff will lead...Dickey helped prosecute the Guccifer character, who busted Hillary for using a non-secure private email while she was SoS.

Do tell, how she has zero credibility?

If you watch and listen to her wherever, whenever...she attempts to not express too much opinion, only researched facts that’s she’s best verified. Personally never heard anyone with credible resources, discount her investigative reporting.

There’s been no evidence of collusion comes to mind...that’s pretty encouraging to many Americans who think the Trump-Russia collusion is ridiculous.

Me personally, the lefty Dems are sitting on this narrative as long as possible, in a hopeless attempt to delegitimize his presidency, and thwart what the electoral majority voted on and for...I think the American people are smart, and see through all the Russia-Trump shenanigans.

You can't get around the meeting at Trump Tower on June 9, 2016... and the many lies that were told over who was actually in attendance and what was discussed. You also can't get around the fact that the Trump administration has still not imposed sanctions which Congress overwhelmingly (almost unanimously) passed in a bill last August.

I think the American people can reasonably conclude that the Russians have some leverage over Trump in some fashion. When plagued by bankruptcies, Trump turned to Russian investors, "Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets; say in Dubai, and certainly with our project in SoHo and anywhere in New York. We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia. There's indeed a lot of money coming in from new-builds and resale reflecting a trend in the Russian economy and, of course, the weak dollar versus the ruble." - Donald Trump Jr. 2008

Only five more years and the investigation will be as long lasting as the Starr investigation into Clinton. If memory serves, repubs where loving that whole "witch hunt". Is there a statute of limitations on hypocrisy?

Valid points. Could you imagine this going on in today”s social media world? Wowzer, may have gone on even longer.

Starr was pelleted by Dems for spending $$ millions on an investigation that proved only perjury and obstruction of justice....in the same context, his critics pointed out that his investigation highly politicized things, due to regularly leaking info, which is a violation of legal ethics ...sounds familiar? Could you imagine that in today’s environment?

Same ole same ole. Again, valid point. Special counsels are usually never a good thing, regardless of side.

Cool. She’s a quality investigative reporter, with an agenda of course, and it’s info that very few track down and report.
Healthy to hear all sides, regardless of where your ideology falls.

I agree. It's hard for me to keep up with which posters are rational....I need to start a log.

Trump Tower meeting, LOL...um, ok! They all colluded, so what, it's not a crime...anywhooo

You forgot to add...Jr. was talking about the Trump businesses "seeing a lot of money pouring in from Russia."...umm, so what?...money pours in from all over the world for all kinds of businesses and investments, both foreign and domestic. I know developers in Miami, NYC, Asia etc who can tell you the same...'lots of money pouring in from the Russians'.

Maybe there's a 'real' reason, or multitudes of 'logical' reasons for the sanctions not being fully imposed by the administration...is it 'remotely' possible there's more to the story ?

Trump blasted the bill as he signed it, issuing a statement that said it was, "seriously flawed -- particularly because it encroaches on the executive branch's authority to negotiate."

What does the administration say about the delay?
The sanctions legislation "is the law of the land and we are working to implement it," a State Department official told CNN. "It is a complex piece of legislation and we proceeded with all due diligence. We received and considered input from a wide range of interlocutors -- foreign governments, industry associations, and individual companies -- as we formulated guidance for these sections. We will work with our allies and partners in the implementation of these sanctions in order to impose costs on the Russian government, while seeking to avoid unforeseen negative impacts on others."

Then why lie about who was in the June 9, 2016 meeting and what was discussed? That makes no sense considering that the Logan Act is never enforced. It's been 5 months since the Russian sanctions bill was passed. That's ridiculous. It's also a fact that Michael Flynn was discussing the removal of sanctions with Russian Ambassador Kislyak in December of 2016 and lied to the FBI about it - which is a felony. Why did Flynn lie to the FBI (when as a former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency he had to know the likelihood of Kislyak being under surveillance)? That needs to be answered and it's why we have investigations.

"...Bruce Ohr, a DOJ official reassigned after concealing meetings with figures involved in the dossier, also is scheduled to meet with the committee on Jan. 17 in a closed session...

Separately, the source said the committee got access to dossier-related financial records from TD Bank on Friday following a court decision, making any potential appeal by Fusion GPS moot...

At issue are 70 transactions over a two-year period, covering clients, journalists, two media organizations and researchers...

In his ruling, Judge Richard Leon wrote about Fusion’s Russia work – including compiling the dossier while it was working to undermine the Magnitsky Act, a sanctions law Moscow vehemently opposes. “Together, these reports confirmed that various law firms and businesses had retained Fusion on behalf of their clients to perform Russia-related work, thus triggering the Committee’s investigative interest in identifying other businesses that sought Fusion’s services during the same relevant period,” Leon wrote."

Catherine Herridge is definitely a partisan. Just as James Rosen is partisan - you know the guy who was just fired for yet another Fox sexual harassment scandal? Which makes their 5th by my count:

Roger Ailes
Bill O'Reilly
Eric Boling
Ed Henry
James Rosen
