TrumPutinGate

Using a dubious, if not phony, document in support of an affidavit to obtain a warrant from a federal judge constitutes a fraud upon the court, which is a crime... how's this not a bipartisan concern?

LG will give you an answer you can’t understand or he’ll make sh!t up that plays along with his narrative.

We will see what Mueller concludes. Perhaps you guys will get the last laugh and Trump will be exonerated.

I wouldn't bet the house on it.

A whole testimony of "I don't recall at this time".

Then he might be charged with obstruction. Bannon is smarter than that.

Bannon is mad that he has no power. He loves to be in the spotlight. Here is his chance to make history, and to bring down a President. One that recently insulted him.

Think he's going to pass that up? No. Way.

If ya can't recall you can't recall, he also could have a valid 5th amendment argument.

Both of your statements are true, at least in part.

However....

In the case of claiming not to remember, that can be a problem if there is evidence he does, or if his claim of not remembering is not believable.

In the case of taking the 5th, well, that opens up a can of worms because depending on the questions asked and him taking the 5th, that would likely lead to further investigation. Remember, taking the 5th simply means that he does not have to self-incriminate. It does not mean he is insulated from investigation altogether.

And if there is a problem there for him, and he can save himself by implicating Trump, especially where there are lots of sources of info on Trump besides himself, I think we can guess whose interests he is going to protect.

Using the 5th can be a dangerous tactic but there is a tremendous amount of precedence over the last few years.

What this boils down to is Muller’s investigation is floundering, he’s going after anyone that might possibly have an ax to grind against Trump. Why now?

The investigation floundering?

You are making an enormous leap there, sir.

If you've been paying attention, you will notice that each step of the way of this Mueller is slowly moving closer in and closer in to Trump and the inner circle.

Right now, its campaign workers, only. Bannon might have knowledge of all sorts of things, for example, 1) the decision to change the GOP platform to be more pro-Russia on Ukraine issues; 2) Trump meetings with Russian officials at the WH; 3) Trump decision to fire Comey (Bannon is quoted in the book as saying it might be the biggest political mistake of any President, ever); 4) the meeting with the Russians in June and whether any of that was relayed upstairs to Trump; 5) whether Trump has stalled Russian sanctions, adopted by Congress, and why.

That's just for starters.

It's floundering. It's an investigation in search of a crime. It will implode fully once Manafort goes to trial and is exonerated.

Everything else you posted is blah, blah.

Muller is looking for anything, except collusion. He’s out to find anything to destroy Trump, for the Dims.

There’s more proof that Obama and his Soros cronies tried rigging Israel’s election than anything Trump/Russia fixing our election.
Yet not a word from the Dems, simply because it happened to their precious corrupt party.
