There are probably many things to testify about but what do they have on him exactly and what information do they want from him?

Well the Army is trying to put him in prison for taking money from RT. Flynn would know everything that went down. He was one of Trump main campaign advisers. He would know all the activities of Carter Page, Paul Manafort and others. The only way that the FBI gives him immunity is if they think he knows something they don't. If they don't give him immunity then that means that they believe they have enough information and evidence to put him and everyone else associated with the investigation away.

Trump filed several bankruptcies and become a credit risk to American investors and turned to foreign investors to amass billions, he hides his taxes from scrutiny, and his whole campaign has links to russia. Flynn may have the key to the vault but if he cant guarantee there is something of value inside why would someone give him immunity?
