That is a good question. Crimes from 2011, charging people with lying when 302’s contravert the charges, Russian companies that didn’t exist when charges were filed against them, Russian players that will never see an America court room, the amnesty he gave 5 ppl in the Clinton camp collectively covering their a$$es from prosecution of their own crimes... that enough?
I delved back into things that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place.

I was asking what does his post mean? Is it significant? Why would a judge do that? Maybe it's in the full article that he didn't link?

Just a guess but I would be amazed if Mueller hasn't already passed a lot of information to various state AGs. They probably would not act on it as long as a Federal investigation is ongoing.

If it has any meaning other that the information provide it would be the hand delivered part, the judge might have questions.

They locked Cohen in at the state level so there is no stopping it. Even Trump knows this and relegated to trying to discredit the investigation. The Trumpers should know this as well and by judging by their post, they have chosen the same line as Trump.

I don't think an AG can order a Federal Investigator to refrain from turning evidence of a crime over to state or local authorities. Now the AG might be able to have the investigator turn it over to him and let him handle it. But there will always be a record of it and Congress will have access to it.
