TrumPutinGate

Some men are trained in mechanics, some in electronics and computers. Some men are trained in a sport, others in business and negotiations.

I was trained in research and analysis. The key is finding sources, legitimate ones, that you can verify and trust. And when you find such sources, do not let them go until such a time as warrants.

Well, I've found my verified sources, have for some time now, and I see no reason - then or now - to disregard them.

Well, you earned an F you stupid F.

"The Mayflower" is a place name to remember in this.

Boris Epstheyn is a specific person's name to remember.

Also, I would just like to say that, in the unlikely event that this is not exactly what it seems, then Trump and company are the biggest bumbling buffoons we've ever had in the White House and need to be ran out on a rail, despite no crimes or collusion.

I've never seen more guilty-acting people in my entire life, with such poor acting skills. This is like "Burn After Reading," without any of the humor.

Oh what a tangled web of treason we weave:

#MoscowMagicMisha

While I think the fake president's reign of terror and his death cult near their despicable ends, thank god, the investigations of key and ancillary figures involved, as well as the congressional probes into Russian interference, will go on for years.

I was glad to know during your absence your name wasn't Tad Cummins. The timing of your absence was perfect but you reappeared.

And this board thinks I'm the unfairly vicious one.

What a dumb comment on your part.

Anyhow, not going to get in it with you. I want to be around here for when the bottom finally falls out. When that happens, we'll all have a lot of work to do in getting things back on the right path.

How 'bout the board give it up to Juliette Kayyam?

She called the whole Flynn thing roughly a week before the WSJ article "broke."

Again, I can't emphasize enough the importance of finding good sources - ones with a verified track record.

The bottom fell out years ago, we need to rebuild what is broken now. How we do it with both sides fighting is beyond me.

Interesting theory:

I'm still cautious with Mensch, but she did break the FISA story months before any "reputable" source got to claim it as their own.

If true, and that is only speculative at this point, it may partially explain CBS's breaking story yesterday that investigators are looking into links between the Trump campaign and Russian cyberattacks specifically now as well.

EDIT: One wonders if Facebook may eventually be dragged into these investigations as well, since it was perhaps the primary platform for Russian-originating fake news. It's possible that these voter rolls were hacked to target certain voters in swing states, allowing bots to target them on their social media sites (or perhaps even through email) with fake news and other Russian disinformation. About this, I have no clue. Just spitballing.

For starters, a return to expertise, rather than pretending like every Joe Liberal or Jane Conservative know what the hell they're doing, as has been the case the past decade or two.

I don't thing there's going to be any getting along. Our elected officials show no inclination to compromise on anything. They won't compromise because their constituents (us) won't let them.

I'm afraid one side is eventually going to have to get the upper hand and banish the other to the trash heap of history.

The one thing we can all agree on is the system is broke.

It's a shame we can't find a common ground to fix it.

Who on the Democrat ticket would have told the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

Not sticking up for him.. but you said "your" president.

I understand. And perhaps I could phrase it better. But Trump is pathological. He has no compunction about lying to protect his childish ego. It's astounding people are proud of voting for him.

Tell you what, I know at least five people that have said they regret voting for him and are embarrassed that they did.
