As also evidenced by letting people rot in jails for trespassing for about two years now with no trial. Total violation of the constitution, but the Washington D.C. establishment doesn't care about the constitution and hasn't for quite some time.

It happens at the first hearing in almost every criminal case. Very few Defendants want to push forward at a rapid pace. In Florida, you have a right to have your case heard within 90 days (misdemeanors) or 175 days (felonies). Defense counsel almost always waives such protections. If the trial fails to occur then a dismissal is granted. If a defendant is feeling particularly froggy a "demand for speedy" can be filed and the case must occur within 60 days.

It has happened in these cases otherwise you would see a flurry of Motions to Dismiss.

My guess is that at least 90% of 14 year olds have seen porn on a phone and about 0.002% of 14 year olds have seen porn from a school library.

It is obvious now, that Tucker Carlson does not actually believe a single word that ever comes out of his own mouth during his Fox News show. It is all an act.

Nobody ever said that there wasn't contrasting surveillance video footage available. That just wasn't the focus of the January 6th Committee. They focused on the people who were breaking the law .... which was their stated mission.
