It's not really all that drastic, the numbers are spread out over multiple networks for the left.

They promoted Trump after he won the nomination. But Neither Tucker nor Fox News were promoting Trump during the primaries, and they aren't this time around either. They don't want him to win the nomination. Too bad for them, it isn't their choice to make.

Not even close. Many Fox viewers are rabid in their support. You will not find that on the left.
Tucker and Hannity are cult figures, just like Trump was/is.

That is hard to say, because you are talking about such a limited amount of time. Trump had the Republican Party nomination wrapped up after Super Tuesday in 2016. That was in March, as I recall .... and he didn't have a primary challenger in 2020. The fact is, it is very hard to find examples of Tucker Carlson being critical of Donald Trump on his show ... and I have spent quite a bit of time searching these last two days. I can't find anything.

I'm just going to quietly insert that I don't care if the new released video was dropped off in a blanket by a stork we all now have access to a great deal more information than we did before. Whatever spin TC may or may not be putting on it (I gave up literally all talking head news years ago, I find the format irksome) it allows everyone to actually observe things previously unavailable. There is one side that is much, much more vexed than the other that the general public has been given access to more information. It's not a good look.

I find it quite telling that the leftists are going insane due to Tucker Carlson showing video from January 6, 2021. Video speaks for itself, and in itself is a recording of truth. The only reason groups would not want the truth to come out is because the truth is inverse opposite of the narrative they wish to push forward. The push for communism in the US must squash the truth and freedom of speech in order to grow traction. Tucker Carlson's pulling the curtain back on the truth about January 6th simply cannot be allowed because it destroys the lies pushed by pro-Marxist groups and media. We should be thankful there are people courageous enough to spread the truth in a time where telling the truth could mean the end of a career.

You do understand that the reason, we have Tucker Carlson's private text messages is because Fox News is being sued for defamation? Fox News isn't exposing anything but their own lies.

For the most part, Tucker Carlson has only heaped praise upon Trump, especially in regard to Trump's business acumen. Tucker Carlson is a two-faced fraud, who tells his gullible viewers only what they want to hear, because that is good for ratings ... which is the only thing he cares about. It is obvious now, that Tucker Carlson does not actually believe a single word that ever comes out of his own mouth during his Fox News show. It is all an act.
