BREAKING NEWS: James Murdoch resigns from board of News Corp citing 'disagreements over certain editorial content published by the company's news outlets'

James Murdoch has announced he is stepping down from the board of News Corp, citing editorial differences over content published by its media platforms, which include The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post and News UK.

'My resignation is due to disagreements over certain editorial content published by the Company's news outlets and certain other strategic decisions,' he said in a statement on Friday.

James, 47, the younger son of Australian media mogul and News Corp chairman Rupert Murdoch, had been on the board of directors since 2013.

He did not go into detail about his differences with the media company however, James, who is the more liberal member of the Murdoch family, has been publicly critical of its news platforms in the past.

Most recently in January, James and his wife Kathryn spoke out against the family business for promoting climate change 'denials' during the Australian bushfire crisis.

The pair released a statement saying they were 'disappointed' by the coverage of the fires by Fox News and other News Corporation outlets.

'Kathryn and James's views on climate are well established and their frustration with some of the News Corp and Fox coverage of the topic is also well known.

He is known as the more liberal Murdoch brother, while older brother Lachlan's views seem to be more aligned with those of his conservative father.

Lachlan, 48, currently serves as the co-chairman of News Corp after being appointed to the role by Rupert in 2014, in a move viewed as a succession plan for the 89-year-old mogul.

He is also executive chairman and CEO of Fox Corp, home to conservative news network Fox News, the Fox broadcast and sports networks and local TV stations.

James, meanwhile, is a longtime environmental advocate. His wife Kathryn works at the Clinton Climate Initiative and the pair are known contributors to the Clinton Foundation.

The couple last month endorsed presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden by donating $615,000 each to his campaign after previously donating to former candidate Pete Buttigieg.

Tucker just gave the real reason why George Floyd really died. Medical report was finally released.
To much drugs was in his system for his body to function & his lungs swelled up too much for him to breath.
With so much drugs in his body at that time he would have died soon as a result of those drugs.

In my case, kind of like one hand clapping, or a tree falling in the forest with no one there...

Me either. I have some colognes that are probably Molotov cocktail potential. Kind of afraid to pick it up and must treat it as nitro it is so old.

Speaking of nitro, reminds me of some of the stuff I used to play with in the lab... or my garage.

FoxNews finished #1 in the 25-54 demographic. CNN was #2. BSNBC brought up the rear.

FoxNews was #1 in all of television.

Winning probably gets old.

Who am I fooling? It never gets old!

Watching Fox News does not make you a winner, it's actually the opposite.
