I understand why Tucker is #1 eventhough he was unseated by Hannity. He is lighting people up tonight. Chris Cuomo was caught on tape with Michael Cohen dissing women and saying the media is not your friend or can't be trusted. Hmmm.....interesting.
The poster seemed to claim he was a part of the winning just because fox was tops in ratings. I fail to see the issue with his response. No different than people claiming to be a winner because their candidate was elected. Kinda stupidPost like these are very telling. You're presented with a fact and all you can do is attack back personally. That doesn't reflect well on your political positions.

No, you aren't a winner just because you voted for a certain candidate or watched a TV show. No more so than bammers are winners because they bought a roll tide shirt off the Walmart sale rackIf their candidate was elected then yes, it's a winner. In this case, by saying that "it's the opposite" of winner, the post is calling Fox viewers losers. That's nothing but personal. A more adult response would have been to acknowledge that there are a lot of Fox viewers or perhaps you want to give a number that shows how many are not watching Fox.
Actually I was surprised to see this because I don't think Fox News today is nearly what it was under Roger Ailes
Actually if he’s an alum and active supporter I think it’s perfectly acceptable to use capitalized WE. It is a separation from the non alumnus who aren’t invested like your bammer example. And you personally declare yourself a winner because of it?
Ok that was funny ... but like I said I think you’re both right in areas.I agree with UTvolpj...if he watches Tucker Carlson tonight, he doesn't instantly become a winner
Do you work for Fox or something? Do you have nice bonus check on the way? Cool
Ok that was funny ... but like I said I think you’re both right in areas.
Here’s another one. I too am an alum but I live 1000 miles away, am not a season ticket holder, and do not contribute to the university in any serious support sense. Take a local Knoxville business man who never attended but is a lifetime giver and season ticket holder. I’d argue he clearly is more invested than I am and probably more entitled to use capital WE.
Ok on that we agree. For sports programs the WE is really up for grabs. But yeah you only have one alma mater. The University of Tennessee is MY alma mater.I don't think it's terribly productive to argue who can say "we" when it comes to sports teams but I don't think anyone is more qualified than someone who paid tuition for 3-5 yrs. It's your school and nothing will ever change that.
