JG needs to practice reading a blitz before he gets killed imo.

What is Bates still doing out there? Haha

So Banks to MLB, is this something we see on Saturday night or is it a work in progress?

Geez, definitely a work in progress. Unless he has been pulling double duty all year, he would struggle at mlb. Your talking about taking a freshman with zero experience and expecting him to excel at mlb? Really? Bently would have a field day with him.

Mlb is a position that takes at least a year to learn and thats if a guy is used to the position.

I am not totally against the idea of Banks moving to mlb but expecting him to be great off the bat is a bit too much.

I noticed Saban said we had "resiliency" in his post-game PC. Guess Butch is jerk-- errr... rubbing off on him.

Some have said that Saban is trolling us. But actually I've watched some of his press conferences in the last couple of years, and he uses that term also. Must just be a part of the vocabulary of great coaches. LOL

It would take a while to learn assignments and plays I would think.. I am certain he has the physical part but the mental may take a lil while

Maybe more than a little while. Like until the end of Spring practice 2019. ITMT, toss his ass to the fire.

Sorry man, I laughed a little. I was reading this post and thinking to myself that while I agreed with you, I thought you were being a bit dramatic. Then I get to that last little paragraph and it seems you thought so too and reeled it in. :)

lol. It crossed my mind that maybe Saban was trolling us and Lyle at the same time, which I have to admit would be pretty witty.

Haven't seen much of you the last couple of weeks, just here and there. Hope errythang is good and you've just been busy. I've been trying to take up the slack in your absence.
Noticed...yeoman performance, I must say! Mixture between busy (family stuff) and dialing it down because smartass opportunities abound on this coaches board when we’re not undefeated. 😉

Can't wait to hear and see bout Banks this spring practice. Great move by Pruitt to get the jump on it. Love the kids attitude!!! Goes great on the Defensive side

Wonder if the staff has an incoming recruit they feel good about for RB. Need more than 2 deep next year. Granted CFA, if moved back permanently, would be 3.

I thought CFA had a lot of potential at RB. Glad to see him back there. I think he and Chandler should get the bulk of carries moving forward.
