I’m enjoying Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Episode 7 did a cross promotion with the animated Lower Decks series. Off putting at the outset, it developed into a fine bit of storytelling. Episode 9 has allowed members of the cast to show off their vocal chops. Not quite Scrubs’ over the top musical episodes, it still showcases some brilliant writing and scoring.

I realized last night that a big reason I'm liking this show so much is there's hardly any cussing. And so far there's been no sex scenes.
