For a research project, a DVD on the Cherokee portion of the Trail of Tears, made by Native Americans. Narrated by Wes Studi (in Cherokee, with subtitles) and James Earl Jones, who is part Cherokee.

The Eastern Band (EBCI) here in WNC is preparing for their annual bike ride along the Trail in June. Starting in New Echota GA, ending in Tahlequah OK, following the northern route.
