Actually, he is. UTAD is pretty much self funded. The university itself may receive taxpayer dollars, but not the AD. Donor money is involved, but it's money specifically given to the AD to spend at their discretion, unless designated otherwise.

People keep saying Evans is playing games. I’m not sure how he is playing games by taking visits or talking to multiple schools. I’m pretty sure UGA pulled back after him signing his NLI not him bailing on them. Since then I’ve not seen anything confirmed that he is playing games with anyone.
