I think it just reinforces that no one truly knows what this kid is going to do, and probably won't know until right before he's scheduled to be on campus.

Just to put something into perspective, Colleges are more afraid of the NCAA then they are the Federal Government. I’ve seen it first hand.

I truly give about half a isht whether Evans joins UT or not...the guy is talented and if the coaches want him then that is fine, but this guy is either just an indecisive idiot, or a purely selfish "lt's all about me" corrosive personality...IMO

He absolutely knows but keeps those things in pocket because those who play the game all know the location of bones. He’ll let organizations do the dirty work there and keep quiet, IMO
