There is no crystal balls or anything on the RPM on On3 that indicates Stewart’s destination. It’s all just speculation and guessing.Did Pickell put in an RPM for Stewart to Tennessee? Because that would indicate he’s hearing something. The way that graphic is framed looks like “here are the top guys in the transfer portal, what’s your best guess of where they will go?”
But just think about what he could do in one year....in the locker room. I'm with you. Up to the staff, but I'm not wild about this one. I'd rather roll with our incoming WRs. We'll have Thornton and Brazzell to go with White as starters. Should have both Webb and Nimrod back, too. Let's see what Matthews and Staley bring to the table instead of a 1 year guy with very....based on what I've read....questionable work ethics. Then I dont think we need him just for 1 yr
When VQ has been wrong it has either been because of a flip (multiple commitment videos this year for guys that didn’t actually commit) or because they put too much stock in what the coaches tell them. Those are typically one way errors. All due respect….why?
They’ve been wrong at least as much as they’ve been right this year
Understood…I don’t feel any ill will towards them…this cycle has been crazy in that regards and IMO is just the tip of the iceberg…NIL and free agency (i.e. the portal) have changed everything and there’s no going back…my point is there’s no reason to give them any special credence over another “source”…everyone is at best making an educated guess at this pointWhen VQ has been wrong it has either been because of a flip (multiple commitment videos this year for guys that didn’t actually commit) or because they put too much stock in what the coaches tell them. Those are typically one way errors.
If VQ says he probably isn’t going to visit it is because someone on staff thinks he isn’t going to visit and if that is the case you should believe it.
There’s no way anyone can read this and not expect Evan Stewart to be on Tennessee’s roster next season. Thank you, SF.Neither of them know, but AP is closer. As I said before, Stewart contacted us prior to entering the portal. We expressed interest. He has spoken to staff. He has a number that we will not meet, but no one else has met either, so far. He knows Nico, likes our offense etc. but we were not looking for a receiver when he went into the portal. Obviously we’d take him if they can make it work, but I’d bet against it right now. As for rumors that we ruled him out due to his attitude, that’s untrue. We just aren’t going to stretch for him. We aren’t out, but there’s nothing solid that anyone is basing a prediction on. We’re deep in bowl practice during a dead period. Not likely this wraps up until after the big bowl games .
