For all the talk about Neyor being elite, 247 did not rate him accordingly. A 4 star, and not a very highly ranked one. Surprising.

As an initial recruit? It shouldn't be surprising. Less than half of any given draft will be made up of guys rated 4/5* as HS recruits. They hit a pretty high percentage of those they give 5* but miss a lot on 4*.

This is by design. If they actually attempted to find and correctly rate every kid with actual 4* talent... they would laughed at. By limiting the number of 4/5* ratings they hand out, the create an illusion of being "accurate".

12 TD's on 44 catches. Very efficient and hope he goes 65 catches for 18 here.

Yeah they put that article out there before he committed to Tennessee. He didn't even meet Heupel in person yet either so I think I'd feel pretty good with us keeping him. Likes our offense a lot.
