For the record, our two signees this morning signed at 7:22 and 8:28, so this roughly lines up with that.

Edit, I realize he said 9:45 and he's in central time. So, 10:45 our time. Perhaps, this means we are getting another recruit at 9:35, then Jaylen at 10:45?
