Tyler Bray's Rookie Card is out

Are football cards really that popular that they produce third string qb's?

Football cards are not remotely popular by any sense of the word, and your guess is as good as mine on why they produce them.

Baseball cards are not even popular anymore, but you will be hard pressed to find anyone who buys football cards.

Bray is about Bray. Remember the UK game? He didn't want to be there, so who cares. There was a lot of negativity surrounding Bray from UT fans/media. I think he would enjoy "sticking it" to Vol fans. It would feed his overinflated ego.

Given the repetitive hateful posts about him, maybe he should do exactly that.

No, I'm not a Bray brown-noser. But I got enough sense to understand at some point, you need to let the past go. Then hope the person has learned from the consequences of his boneheaded, self-centered antics to be both a better person and a better player.

Constant hating on him just shows you're lower than he is or you imagine him to be. Some people learn:
Saul of Tarsus, Johnny Cash, J J Maloney, and Thomas Becket. Some refuse to learn: Bonnie and Clyde, Wall Street Bankers, Bobby Brown, and John Wesley Hardin. The jury is still out on Bray.

Looks an awful lot like the 1989 Score football set. You don't see them go with the exact same style very often.

Bray would give credit to his high school and not UT on Sunday night football..........IMO. If he turns out to be that good.

Well, people on here are claiming Dooley set UT back "x" years...so why blame Bray if he claims his HS over UT?

15 yrs ago That card would have been perfect for my bike. I would have had a hell of a motor sound.

How many times do we have to tell you boneheads that the NFL has them say their High school and College and the NFL chooses which one to put on. The player has no input.

If I were to obtain one I'd be interested in trading if anyone's interested!......I still have flashbacks of big games and high hopes....only to be followed by nausea and hypertension by games end! However, I will give him props on his nc state performance. I just hope the kid finally grows up. If not...he won't be in the league for long.

The player has no input? BS, why would the NFL care for one. Two why would they promote a high school when NCAA is the farm legue.

I've seen them have the players say their middle/elementary schools before.

And the NFL doesn't give two s$^ts about the NCAA. Lol

only rookie cards of guys yet to make an NFL roster and the fact that is a generic brand, Heck buy one it might be worth 5 cents someday and if he actually does good and makes team and improves and plays for years might be worth more.
