Mickie doesn't like being the head coach. I think LA Tech wanted her and she suggested this set-up. I have no knowledge of that but it seems logical.

I literally got goose bumps when Tyler was talking about when growing up his mother was always comparing excellence to what Leon was doing at La. Tech. This was great stuff. That does not mean Tyler we be anywhere near as good as Pat. I hope he will be but lets keep in mind of 2 other coaches named Vince and Derek.

Is that the same way CHW earned it? I completely agree with your statement, but based on the last women's basketball hire, I don't think earning it is high on their list of qualifications.

I understand what you are saying & why. But Holly was Pat's choice to follow her for the hire. Nobody says no to Pat in that situation. Some liked the idea at the time & some didn't. We'll just have to wait & see the results of Pat's promotion of Holly.
