They lost everyone on the team and will have to start over. They may not win an FBS game until 2020.

An important question - the real issue is $. The pledged monies are all for 5 years. The next sign of support will be when they open season ticket sales. I assume the same will be true there, most being 5 year commitments.

Yes - we were in until 2016 either way.

they would still be a part of CUSA for other sports (at least some of them if not all), so i don't see a real issue with them joining back up as far as the conference is concerned.

CUSA wants UAB and CUSA wanted football back. The commish said we couldn't stay without it.
