Grealish has looked good since he came in, but moving Sterling over to the right seems to have taken him out of the game somewhat. England have only made the one sub, so they’ve still got almost a full line change at their disposal if they want.

If the last touch off an attacking player would have gone into the goal, they get credit for the goal, even if it takes a deflection. If not, as in this case since the ball was played across the face of goal, the defender gets credited with an own goal.
