It's not difficult to gain weight back. It comes natural. Shedding the weight is what's hard, well doing it in a safe manner. Someone the size of Lesnar has a lot fluid to be lost. 30lbs is a lot of weight to be lost but if you factor in you walk around at 300+, it's not far fetched. He said it himself when he came in the UFC, making weight will not be a factor for him. Most heavyweights don't even have to worry about it since the gap between the limits are so far spread out.And by the way, I have seen people gain almost 30lbs back in 24-30 hours so I didnt mean to imply it was impossible but VERY difficult.
By the way, if you want to read articles on weight cutting, look up a guy named Martin Rooney. He basically wrote the book on cutting weight and gaining it back safely.
