I actually came here based on watching videos on youtube. Some of which are old...

I feel like the only thing Rogan got wrong was MMA swallowing boxing in 5 years. He was right about pretty much everything else though. But then, you have some dummy arguing in the comment section from just a few days ago about how UFC has less stars today than 2008 and boxing has many. All I can think of is Floyd Mayweather. After Manny's loss by poor judging, I don't hear anything about him anymore. And I'd say Klitchko(s) is a star but there is nobody to fight except each other.
The guy arguing with Rogan really annoyed me though how he frowned upon MMA and saying only white people care about it. Weird, seeing as it's an international sport. Pretty sure I've seen everyone from Canada to Brazil going nuts over it during shows. Then he claims Joe Rogan is only talking good about other MMA companies because UFC owns them. Dude has no clue what he's talking about. He also tries telling Rogan he's not a boxing fan even though Rogan just got done explaining he is.
Anyways... I've been out of it a bit but seeing this dude alone makes me want to give a crap again because I personally do think boxing sucks and have enjoyed MMA for over half a decade. Boxing isn't a real fight, unless you include Tyson biting Holyfield's ear off. That's a real fight. MMA doesn't allow that but biting people and groin shots are about all they don't allow. Kicking downed opponents. Other than that, it's on. If you really wanted to, I bet you could twist someone's nipple off. I'm not saying that's what I want to see or why I watch the fights. But yeah, it takes more talent to be an MMA fighter than a boxer. You have to know many forms of fighting. It's about the closest you're gonna get to fighting in a regulated sport. If you want to see a real fight... stabbing people with broken bottles would be allowed. I'll pass on that.
