That headline is so misleading. He tested positive for benzoylecgonine which is a metabolite in cocaine.

On a sporting level, I have no problem with him testing positive, because it's not a banned substance.

On a personal level, if he needed to check into rehab it must've been a problem, and I'm glad he's getting help.

Lol I'm sure if he's checking into rehab its a cocaine problem, so its not really misleading. I do find humor that every time someone gets busted for something it's immediate rehab to protect their image. To be clear, everyone that does it not just Jones.

The reason we are hearing about it is because he is checking into rehab, right? Why do you assume it's for his image. The positive test doesn't implicate him as in violation of the law and it doesn't implicate him as a cheater, so why would a private medical report become public?

If he said that he would get raked across the coals, and been accused relentlessly. Now he'll get mostly praised for manning up and admitting his problem. It's a smart move and most every famous person takes the same rout. I just think it's funny that everyone does it.
