I know it was Bones, but he looked rough in that fight too. Also Gus just cost me a 5k on DK, so he can go **** himself

Sad to see Gustaffson go. I can't decide if the LHW is really, really bad, or just kinda bad and Bones is that much better than everybody. There are a few promising up and comers (Johnny Walker, for example). Hopefully they're not rushed to challenge Bones. Can't believe Bones/DC III hasn't happened yet.

Hindsight is 20/20 but I can see how Gus just didn't have it anymore. He has only lost to the elite of the elite before Smith. The 2nd loss to Jones was so anti-climatic and emotionally crushing for him. Gus isn't going to be a gatekeeper, which I respect from him. Hope he is successful in the future. I wish he hadn't dealt with injuries and had been able to be more active, I'll miss him.

If Bones is smart, he's on the phone right now calling AG and asking him to teach him some stuff. Most accurate striker in the upper weight classes that I can think of.

Cerrone has really impressed me his last few fights but I agree. Ferguson is going to come out like a man possessed. He wants Khabib.

I love Cowboy, but he hasn't established himself among the elites and who was the last person you were surprised to see him beat? Probably Benson Henderson back in 2015? Iaquinta is a nice win, I give him that.

I think Moraes, Shevchenko, and Ferguson will win. Shevchenko is the only pick I have any confidence in though. I’ll go back and forth on the other two until the fights start.

I love me some Gus and really wish he would have gotten an immediate rematch after the first Jones fight. Obviously the accomplishments are not there but if you go through UFC history and just pick who would win, you could make an argument he's a top 6-7 LHW. Jones, DC and Rumble obviously beat him, though I think he could win against Rumble. Couture and Page probably beat him. I think he beats Chuck, and Vitor, smashes Tito. Him vs Prime Machida would have been a really fun fight.

I want Cowboy to win cause I like him, but I want Ferguson to win cause I want him vs Khabib. Khabib would murder Cowboy.

I'm predicting Cowboy with the 2nd round stoppage on Ferguson. Cerrone catches Ferguson mid-way thru the 2nd and drops him, then applies the rear naked hold and makes him tap or chokes him out.
