Pulling for Overeem tonight. I know a lot of people think he needs to retire, but he’s won three of his last four. I don’t think he’ll ever win the belt. He probably won’t beat the top guys in the division, but the man loves to fight and is one of the most skilled heavyweights ever. I’d love to see him go on a run before hanging them up.

also, OSP fights tonight. I know he's not the best / most consistent, but since he's a Tennessee guy I'm always hoping he'll win
Me too. Thanks for pointing that out. I didn’t know his fight was rescheduled. I knew it was called off a few weeks back but hadn’t heard anything else. I always hope he wins, but at this point I always hope he wins by Von Flue choke. I’m not sure why. I guess it’s just a thing at this point.

Shouldn’t have slapped the man at the face offs 😂
I’m not gonna lie, I really enjoyed watching him rag doll and just straight disrespect that guy all over the octagon.

Who do people got on Saturday? Normally, I would have picked Woodley, but the Burns worked him and now IDK. He might be showing signs of aging...but then again, maybe Burns would do that to Colby, too.

Woodley has looked awful his past few outings, and now he’s gonna face a pressure fighter with relentless pace. I think Colby works him, but we’ll see I guess.

I think it’s going to look like Woodley’s last two fights tbh. He doesn’t have the cardio to keep up with Covington’s pace.
The whole card is going to be great though

Just read that CC has always trained/fought southpaw because his preference was to fight right leg forward for wrestling purposes...but his power hand is his right hand, and this is the first fight where he's been ready to switch up his stance.
